Absolutely brilliant experience

What an absolutely brilliant experience i had this morning.. i dropped my vehicle down at 8.30am and talked through my issues with my Nissan, by 9.30am i had a telephone update with a fix solution and all was done and completed by 10.30am.
Can i say they will be having all my future business.
